This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] doing business as Web Integrate ("Web Integrate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you:
- visit webintegrate.com or its demo sites (the "Site");
- contact us or request a project quote;
- buy or use the Catering Requests Pro plugin; or
- use the free Catering Requests plugin.

1. Summary
- We collect what you send us through our forms, basic technical data, and, if you buy Pro, your purchase and license information.
- Purchases are processed by Freemius, our reseller. We never see your full card number.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
- The Catering Requests plugins store your customers' catering requests on your own website. We do not receive that data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us

2.3 Information from the Pro plugin (license activation)
When you activate a Pro license on a website, the Freemius software inside the Pro plugin sends the following to Freemius so that licensing and automatic updates work:
- license key, plugin version, and plugin state (active, inactive, or uninstalled);
- website URL and site language; and
- WordPress version and PHP version.
It checks for changes about once a day. Optionally, and only if you leave this permission turned on during activation, it also sends the list of plugins and themes installed on the site. You can turn this off on the activation screen ("What permissions are being granted?"). Your name and email are not collected at activation; they are already known from your purchase.
2.4 The free plugin
The free Catering Requests plugin does not send any data to us or to Freemius. It does not contain the Freemius software, tracking, or usage reporting.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- reply to your messages and quote requests, and send you an automatic confirmation email;
- prepare proposals and deliver services you ask for;
- process your Pro purchase, deliver license keys and updates, and manage renewals and refunds;
- provide customer support;
- send essential service emails, such as purchase receipts, renewal reminders, and security or compatibility notices;
- protect the Site and our forms from spam, fraud, and abuse;
- understand how visitors use the Site and improve it; and
- comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We will send marketing emails (such as product news) only if you have opted in, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK): we rely on performing a contract with you (purchases, support, services you request), our legitimate interests (security, spam prevention, answering inquiries, improving the Site), your consent (analytics cookies where consent is required, marketing emails), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business (in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information).
We do not sell personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
5. Data About Your Customers (for Plugin Users)
If you are a restaurant or caterer using the Catering Requests plugins:
- Catering requests submitted on your website (for example, your customers' names, contact details, event details, and dietary or allergy notes) are stored in your WordPress database. We do not receive, access, or process that data.
- For that data, you are responsible for its collection and use, and should describe it in your own website's privacy notice. The free plugin adds suggested privacy-policy text to the WordPress privacy policy guide, and supports WordPress's personal data export and erase tools.
- Pro deposit payments are processed by your own Stripe account under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your customers' payment information.
- If you ask us for support, we will not ask for your customers' data. Please do not send it to us. If you give us administrator access to your site to fix a problem, we will access only what is needed for that support request.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking the session cookie or reCAPTCHA may prevent our forms from working.
7. How Long We Keep Information

8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), form protections against forgery and spam, restricted server access, and trusted payment providers so that we never handle card numbers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we have about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- get a copy of your information in a portable format;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling (we do not do these);
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent; and
- appeal our decision about your request.
These rights may apply under U.S. state privacy laws (such as those of Texas and California) and, for EU/UK residents, the GDPR and UK GDPR. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local data protection authority.
To make a request, email webintegrate09@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request by confirming it from the email address we have on file, and respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal," and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To manage purchase and billing data held by Freemius, you can also use your Freemius customer account or contact Freemius directly.
10. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and our Site and providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site and Plugins are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a Pro license.
12. Links to Other Websites
The Site links to other websites, such as WordPress.org and our demo sites' third-party content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not control.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify Pro customers by email before they take effect.
