The search results that searchers searched display on the left side of the page and the websites or documents placed on the left side of the page don't be charged for its placement in the search engines. This could be called as organic listings or natural placement.
However, the place to advertise on Google search engines can be purchased. The place to appear the ads is on the right side of the page, and sometimes above the search results. The advertising program of Google is called as Google AdWords and this program is keyword-based advertising.
