Search Engine Optimization (SEO) will begin with your suggestions and review your site to find a list of keywords and descriptions to begin with. After then, we will proceed optimization process as follows.
- Keywords, Title, Meta Tags, Code Analyses & Site Map
Choosing the right keywords is extremely important because your pages won't be spidered if you choose wrong keywords. We will analyze whether or not the keywords used on your pages are appropriate for the contents of the pages.
The keywords found in title tag are also important because most engines & directories place these keywords as a high level of importance. In addition, the search engines use the title tag to get the title of the listing in the search results.
Meta tags that are related to keywords or a description of the page could give the search engines the clue to find out information about your pages. However, meta tags are part of a well optimized page and the information in meta tags is not an end all of optimizing your pages.
Using frames, flash, javascript, image maps, or dynamic URLs on your pages can make it very difficult for the search engines to list your web pages. Using text-based hyperlinks and heading tags instead of images for the section header can help improve your listing in the search engines. We will review your HTML code focusing on the usages of these things and suggest how to deal with those things to avoid not to spider your pages due to usage of those.
We will add navigation scheme that uses only standard HTML hyperlinks and links your page to page in your site so that your site will be spidered easily. Creating a site map page links to every page in your site, which means linking a standard HTML link for each page of your site to an one page.

- Text Writing & Page Optimization
The real text on the pages are also important to be ranked better on search engine listings. The search engines try to figure out what your pages' contents include by reading the text on the pages. Search engines would like that each page that is submitted has 250 words or more than that. So, increasing the amount of text on the pages is important factor for best search results. The important keywords should be included in the text of each page.
In this phase, text will be created based on the keywords optimized for your pages. When you create the text for each page, you can consider two options that will either be written by you or by us paying for an additional fee - refer to "Website Custom Contents" in Optional Packages section.
If you want to write the text, a document template designed to walk you through writing content for your site will be provided to you with the "Text Writing Guide". You should use that document template and follow the criteria specified in Text Writing Guide. The text should be provided to us as early as possible to review text and process the optimization. The pages with optimized text then will be uploaded. The text must not be copied from any sources, but it must be original.
If you want us to write the text, we will apply our rates based on "Custom Contents Write" specified in Optional Packages for the service. Based on the keywords created and optimized for the pages, we will research and write the text according to an optimization process we set. Finally, the optimized pages with text will be uploaded.
- Submission and Report
After optimizing your existing pages, submitting your pages to the search engines will be performed. The search engines will not be instantly aware of changes we made to your Web site. Therefore, we'll generally want to tell the search engine about your new or changed pages. We call this "submitting". Your domain name will be submitted to major search engines, and your site will also be submitted to minor search engines and important directories.
After submitting, it will take anywhere from one to eight weeks for your submission to be integrated with their database, and for your ranking to change. The amount of time to be integrated to the databases of the search engines varies according to the algorithms the search engines have for their systems. The initial submission report will be sent to you after we submit your domain name and site, and that report will give you estimated times for each engine so you know what to expect.

If you request any other search engines to submit your site, we will submit your site to the search engines you requested if those search engines are available in our list. Any search engine registration costs and fees for Cost-Per-Click (CPC) of Google Adwords are the responsibility of Client
Achieving good positions is one thing, but how many new visitors did you actually bring to your site? What keywords did they search on to actually find you? How many came from each search engine? Our analyses and optimizations on your web pages will answer all these questions and many more.
- Follow-Up
The next step is to keep track your rankings for the site submitted. The follow up is extremely important. Since the indexes in search engines on the internet with your pages were all dynamic, it should be monitored regularly. If your site doesn't get listed in the normal amount of time, we will resubmit or send search engines an email.
Once the changes have been made to your site and the submission to search engines and reporting is complete, we will send you an email that will include the contents of the report. The report will contain your summary report and URL submission verification report. Summary report is an overview of your search positions by keyword and Search Engine and shows your visibility statistics and last reported positions. URL submission verification report specifies whether or not all your pages have been submitted, indexed, and stay that way.
At three months from the completion date, a second ranking report will be provided to you. At three months from a second ranking reporting date, again a third ranking report will be provided to help you track your site's progress in the search engines. If you'd like us to provide an optional monthly maintenance program to help extend the life of your site's high rankings at three months from the completion date, we will provide the report as monthly-basis.
